The Mountainair Rodeo Grounds is located at the eastern town limits. It features a rodeo arena, newly renovated with bleechers and lights, and two baseball diamonds, complete with dugout shelters. The Rodeo Grounds has been used for rodeos as well as the grounds for circus events. Beside being the location of recreational events, it is also the location of our Animal Shelter.
Mountainair Rodeo Grounds are open to the public free of charge. First come, first serve. Rodeo Grounds are already booked for any Rodeo Event so in this case, it will be closed for any other event.
Concession Stand Event Rate: $50 Damage Deposit (Damage Deposit will NOT be refunded.)
